You must be at least 13 years old to use Frequence. By using the Service you confirm you are 13 or older. You must be 18 or older to make purchases.

Frequence is an AI-powered music playlist recommendation service. We do not host, stream, or distribute music. All song links direct to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music). We are not affiliated with these platforms.
By posting to the Frequency Wall you agree not to post content that is hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, threatening, or harmful. We may remove any content at our sole discretion. You grant Frequence a license to display your content within the Service.
Vibe Pass — $4.99/month or $2.99/month billed annually
Soul Pass — $9.99/month or $5.99/month billed annually
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial — you will be charged at trial end unless cancelled. Payments processed by Stripe, Inc.
Frequence is an entertainment service — not a mental health, crisis, or medical service. If you are in crisis please call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Music recommendations are AI-generated and may not always match your taste. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Frequence in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.

We do NOT collect: credit card details, GPS location, or your streaming history (unless you connect Spotify in Soul Pass).
We do not use your mood entries or journal entries for advertising.
Frequence is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from under-13s. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Service contact frequencemusicai@gmail.com immediately.
Email frequencemusicai@gmail.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
We use TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level database security, and API key rotation. In the event of a breach affecting your rights we will notify you within 72 hours.
